Vaccinations:
At Mission Road Animal Clinic, we recommend the following vaccinations annually:
Canine:
Rabies
DHPPC-5 in 1 for intestinal and respiratory viruses
Bordetella-"kennel cough"
Feline:
Rabies
FVRCP-4 in 1 for intestinal and respiratory viruses
Recent advances in veterinary medicine have made 3 year vaccinations available. Here at Mission Road Animal Clinic, we recommend the 3 year Rabies vaccination for all pets over 1 year of age. In addition, 3 year DHPPC and FVRCP are available, and administered on a pet by pet basis.
Other vaccinations, such as giardia and leptospirosis for dogs, as well as feline leukemia for cats are available, but are usually only administered on a pet by pet basis.
